web site 'non-payment' shut down
I have a customer that has not made his final payment in regards to the developemtn of his internet web site. I'd like to shut down the site until payment is received. Can I do this? It's been three weeks of excusses. I'm tired of it.

it should be covered in your contract.

I would suggest reviewing your agreement with your customer first. If your agreement does not specifically give you this remedy, I would suggest that you consult with an attorney for guidance.
