Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey
i won an online contest at worth1000.com and its been over a year that i havent received payment for work rendered. They said they put the payment thru accounting in the form of a check since i cannot use paypal or xoom do to the fact that i do not have a bank account or credit card. Now! I get an email stating that the payment was payed to one worth1000.com sister websites called onjon.com after they specifically requested my address for delivery. Thus, I have all the emails that they sent me saved on this matter. Thank You!

You question is ambiguous in the sense that it states that you won a contest and then talks about "work rendered." I suggest that you rewrite the question because there would be a difference in the result.
