Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey
I am 22 years old. I was committed to a mental institution as a minor for attempted suicide attempt(s). I have been doing great for 5 years now, and don't see me ever reverting back to my previous depressed state. As someone diagnosed with depression and committed to a mental hospital as a minor: am I forbidden from my 2nd Amendment right, even though I was a stupid teenager when it happened?
I understand via internet searches that you can get a judge to seal your files if a doctor declares you 'cured' of your mental illness, is this true and what are the actions I should take to get these procedures done?
