Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey
I have been alleged to cheat in an examination
I was alleged by one of my lecturers to be cheating in an examination recently. The allegation was premised on the fact that there were similar answers and unique errors made with the student that I allegedly copied from.
The exam was an open book exam and i need some advice on how to tackle this problem before the faculty meets.
The lecturer alleged that He observed me copy directly from the answer sheet of my course mate.

Demand to retake the test [or a similar test designed just for you] in isolation with a faculty observer.
