attacked and herassed

i was attacked and herassed by a gas station owner/attendant after purchasing gas he not only attacked my vehicle but he also attacked me several times because he thought i ripped him off for 50 cents. after the cops arrived he was mistaken all the money was there

You have a potential case of assault in which the person that attacked you may have to pay compensation to you for your physical injuries, pain and suffering. If he is an employee of the gas station, the owner or the company may also be liable.
