the state of new jersey is sueing me for money that was taking in the arrest. i don''t understand how that work''s please help!

You should have had an attorney for the CDS case and it should have been dealt with in that case. Email me and let me know what it wasn't. Doesn't make any sense.

This is called forfeiture, and the State can take this money if it was used in a criminal enterprise. If you have questions, our offices may be able to represent you.
