if i get charged with 2c;12-3a what is the next step. The court sent me mail saying that i have to appear at supieor court for pre indictment conference is that good news or bad news ,and its my first arrest in newjersey whats most likly to happen to me just curious will i get time in jail even if its my first arrest . this charge is considered terroristic threats and it was through text messaging and the messages were coming from here phone now when i called the phone company they told me the phone was dissconnected on december 2 2011 and the messages that got me in trouble were from october 10 2011 through november 12 2011 but the phone is under her name. how would they link the messages to me if the phone is under her name. woulndnt it be like if she had sent the messages to herself then because how could they honestly prove that i sent those messages if theres no ties to me
