What do you think will happen? Should I have legal representation? Will I go to jail or be charged and have this.on my record? I just want to pay it and be done with it. Please help

Yes, you should have legal representation. It's a criminal offense that will be on your record if convicted. However, it won't cost much to hire a lawyer and he or she can resolve this so that you are not convicted. Call me at 1-855-9-JEFLAW to discuss
