Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

Equal Protection for admission prices

I'm so used to seeing prices for clubs and venues where a woman pays less to get in than a man, or for example, women can be younger to get in than men.

Is this even legal considering Equal Protection under the law?
