Complaints against attorneys in New Jersey should be filed with The Office of Attorney Ethics. But before you file a complaint I would encourage you to have a conversation with your attorney and perhaps you can resolve this matter before you file a formal complaint. Most complaints against attorneys involve minor matters that evolve into something bigger because of the attorney's failure to adequately communicate with a client. In other words, sometimes attorneys get caught up in "legalize" rather than common English.
