Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey
i filed a case with the E.E.O.C they found the company guilty of violating my civil rights. the union didn't have my best intrest at heart. i signed an agreement with the company stating i wouldn't sue. i only signed it because they threatened to cut off my unemployment. i'm a single parent of two children. my question is can this be over turned, because it was signed under duress.

Please give me a call at 201 820 3460. what you are describing sounds very unfair, and I would like to put you in touch with a friend of mine who does this kind of law (representing employees who have been mistreated).
