Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

Government Harassment/retaliation

I filed a discrimination/EEO complaint

against my boss for being a disabled

vet and being threatened with

termination, as well as having been

hurt on the job and threatened with

loosing my job if I did not get back to

work

I have been harassed even more

since filing my EEO and have filed 2

retaliation claims. I am a former

police officer so I have everything

documented, copies of emails just

like I was conducting an

investigation. I work for homeland

security and there are others in my

office being harassed as well.

It still continues, writing memos,

being watched for time in out,

discriminated agaisnt for raises,

special trips, overtime. I have a

pretty solid case. I have written to

Inspector general, EEO, Office of

special counsel etc...

Do I have any options outside

government chains? The main boss

of the office is allowing and

encouraging this. I have writen

numerous letter requesting them to

stop etc. There are about 6 guys in

my office that would like to file a law

suit in addtion to myself. Any help

would be appreciated.
