Harrassment at Workplace
My daughter was being harrassed by a coworker at her job due to her religious background. My daughter complained for 3months with no improvement. where can we find a lawyer in our area to represent her?what are her chances of winning the case?

Your daughter would really need to have a consultation with an attorney in order to determine whether or not she has a viable case. She can call my office for a free consultation, or contact your local bar association for a referral.

I would need to know more before I could offer an opinion as to whether she has a case. If she has complained and management has done nothing about it, she may have a strong case.
