what to do when my boss openly comments on her dislikes about my choice in life and harasses me when my work hasn't suffered nor her company

Under NJ law, employer can be held liable for a hostile work enviroment if her comments and behavior directed toward you makes your work place intolerable for you any similar person regardless of race, gender, national orgin, or sexual orientation.
