Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey
im the husband of mrs. green and she past away a little over 2 years ago and she had a account with bank of america and im trying to find out what i could do about getting her personal funds from them. i try they said that my name was not on it, but there was a name on her personal account. but it wasnt mine. yes im still marry to her legally.
