Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

intrusion upon seclusion

I found out that my boyfriends' ex-girlfriend is somehow listening to my voice messages regularly. I feel completely violated. Is there anything legally i can do, perhaps press charges?

Re: intrusion upon seclusion

In cases like this, often the least expensive resolution is to have an attorney write a "Cease and Desist" letter. This usually is the most cost-effective resolution. If it does not work, you can file a private criminal complaint through our offices. Feel free to call us for more information.
