Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

Can New Jersey state parole put a GPS unit on someone after 8 years from finishing the prison term ,that is tier1 without any ramavacations to the to state?

It sounds like the person is still on parole. There are a lot of factors that are needed to answer this question, but yes they can in certain situations. Remember an inmate does not have the same rights as individuals that are not doing time.
