Profiling, Life Threatening Traffic Stop

How do I file a law suit against a police officer that profiled me and tried to bring bodily harm to me when no lawyers that I've contacted will take my case? Yet the officer has filed phony charges against me and tried to send me a certified notice in the mail. I have a court date coming up.
