Re: Relocating out of state

It all depends n the facts and circumstances regarding your move. For example, the court will consider: (1) Do you have family in Georgia; (2) Will the move improve the economic circumstances of you and your child; (3) Will the move place an undue hardship on the relationship between your child and farther; (4) Do you have a spouse in Georgia?

These are just some of the questions the court will consider in any claim to bar your out-of-state move. You need to consult with an attorney who has experience in this specific type of legal event. Good luck with your move to the Peach and Almond State!
