When I said no, he continued to ask me about my sex life w/my Fiance. All the while he had his arm around me. I told my boss, we followed protocol. The next day the supervisor cornered me in a trailer at the job site. He was fired the next morning. do i have any legal rights to sue.

Your story indicates that your boss and your company did everything and then some in complying with laws against workplace sexual harassment.
Re: sexual harassment on the job
Had you been adversely affected at work from reporting his advances, then you could sue. But as you describe it, you followed the company protocol and the offensive supervisor was discharged. The company did what it was required to do, and you are not affected in your employment.
So, No.
