i would like to know what can i do in the situation that am in....i a the coborrew of a house i purchased 7yrs ago with my dad ,and now i would like to buy one of my own ..i would like too know if i could take my name off the mortage so i can purchase with out running into a lot of troble with my credit ....pls answer me as soon as posible i am cety ancious in knowing i would gladdly apreciate it thanks sincery rosalie salcedo
