Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

I am being Sued for haressing (not sexual) Help!
i am being sued by a girl who is claiming that i harressed her/threatened her... when in actuality it is she who has been doing the harressing.... i have few emails and such proving this... i never made a phone call to her house, the only threatening thing i did was tell her that if she didnt stop i would get a restraining order... 2 days later she filed her complaint or whatever
