Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey
summer rental
Hello,
I made a big mistake by signing a lease for a summer rental for which I paid $ 3000 in advance. However, I realize eventually when I moved in the place is not fit for my child. I had to move out. The landlords wouldn't give my money back. The had already went away when I moved in and came back a week after. Please help!

Re: summer rental
You should be able to mitigate your damages by subletting your rental.
