Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey
Unequal Treatment
I am one a regional manager for a 200 million dollar medical company. When traveling for regional meeting they make some of us managers room together while others receive their own room. Would this be considered unfair, bias and prferential treatment? The reasons given are some managers have seniority (but the same rank). One manager is a female and receives a separate room solely based on her gender.
Please advise.
