Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

I am waiting for the schedule of my adjustment of status,If my husband doesnt want to support me on the interview is this will effect my status?When i take the medical examinations i am positive on tubercolosis testing now i ma taking a medicine foe six months,it will effect on my appliaction?what will happen if the immigration find out aboit my history.All tests are normal aside from tubercolosis testing.thanks.

Some additional information is needed in order to answer your question. Are you filing an I-130/485 on the basis of marriage to a US Citizen? When you say 'support you' do you mean that your spouse is not willing to attend the marriage interview? There are some narrow exceptions, but this type of case does require the support of a USC spouse in order to be successful.
