Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New Jersey

I know someone that works

I know someone that works with Special needs kids. She informed me that during one of the class one of the Teacher's Aides whispered into one of the child's ear saying '' How gives better head Jen or Sherie?'' and also Another Aide has taken a picture of another Aides Thong hanging out and Text messaged it to the other Aides.'' I dont think that it is right for these ppl to be working for this school. Any thoughts what I should do? I am friends with the person that told me this. Afraid of her losing her job if I say something. But I am still worried about these kids. Any thoughts?

You are a very noble person. I sense that you want to be as minimally involved as possible. I think the best thing to do is to tell a parent and have them contact an attorney immediately. That way it will not look like you initiated anything. You can give them my name if you like--we handle cases like this in NJ often.
