Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey

I accidentally sent a photo of my exposed breast to an e-mail address very similar to my boyfriends (one number off). We are both above the age of consent, but I worry that the person I accidentally sent the e-mail to might be able to take legal action against me. Is this possible? Should I send that person an e-mail apologizing?

I do not think anyone will cause you trouble for this.

However....maybe better not to send pics by email or phone. Can cause you problems to have images of yourself out there for anyone to spread around the Internet.
