Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey
B2B website.
I am building a search engine for a specific vertical market. I plan to take the informaiton on my prospective customers from their website. Then call them to confirm if they are ok with displaying it on our search engine. Any issues with that. What kind of legal language is required.

You should assume that any information on your prospective customers' websites are either protected by copyright or trademark, and you should not display it without their written permission.
