Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey

computer hacking

My emails and many of my email accounts hve been hacked into numerous times by the same person. They send out emails from my account pretending to be me. They take over my identity. They hack into everything. I know that someone else saw my yahoo account opened by this person after it was hacked into. I need to know what legal route I have against this person without hard proof?

You need to act quickly. There are both Federal and State law violations.
