Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey

If I created a quiz website that when you answer the questions it selects them a movie but then the that person didn't like the movie chosen. So could they then sue me?

Well, in America people can sue for almost any reason. Whether they have an actual colorable claim and if it is worth their time and expense to pursue are different questions.

IN your case, this will never happen. First, the terms and conditions will be written to clear account for this and they will be waiving any right to sue under that circumstance.
