Displaying Property Tax Info on Website

i want to create a website similiar to zillow but on a local level to display house prices from public tax information. the website will contain a satelitte image showing houses that have recently sold. clicking on a house will display its sales history (from tax records) plus a photo of the house that i took. is the above legal.
