Internet posting of minors names
Is it legal for a website administrator to post the names and addresses of minors on his pesonal website? This person has done this and I want to know if it is a criminal act.

If the website is publishing details of an individual under the age of 13, then the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) would be the proper basis for your complaint. You can file one with the FTC to have the information removed and seek civil penalties against the website.
