Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey
I recently visit a forum and saw a thread mentioning my product,
Turns out that some sales representative was framing my product for some untrue flaws. For example, the product is tightly secured inside the car, but the competitor claim that it will fall off under some circumstances.
None of his accusation was real and I have various proof.
Is there anyway I can go to court with him and get my products' reputation back?
let me re-phrase my question, is there any law that is preventing people from spreading untrue information about their competitor's product on the internet which may deter the customers from buying such item?

Negative commentary websites are not illegal. It is freedom of speech. If people are stating untrue facts (not just opinion), and it damages you, defamation laws could apply.
