Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New Jersey

A family that used to watch my daughter, took her name and put it in the fathers obituary this week as HIS daughter. They did so without my knowledge and I am very angry and upset that they could do that and get away with it. This is not the first time this family has done something sneeky. When she was 4 they tried to trick me to sign over custody to them. My niece is typing for me b/c I am mentally handicapped.
