Help...I'm out $6,000.00
How do i go about suing someone that has been owing me money for 4-5 years now? I have it in writing that he was suppose to pay within a certain time frame and now he's nowhere to be found?

you can resot to provisional remedies like attachment. The property will serve as a security for the amount owing to you by the disappearing debtor.In other words, engage a legal counsel to go after the real property of your debtor.
