Legal Question in Constitutional Law in New Jersey
Stale Search Warrants.
Does the Consitution have any thing to say concerning when probable cause in a search warrant becomes stale? From the research i have been doing i have found and answer that states 48 to 72 hours... please help

The Constitution is silent on this point. Whether probable cause still exists after a given amount of time has passed depends upon the facts of each each case, so it would make little sense to apply any particular time limit in all cases.
