Where, in the constitution, does it mention an arrest made by mistake, with a valid arrest warrant, is a constitutional violation?

An arrest like the one you describe is not a constitutional violation. The rules contained in the constitution are generally quite reasonable, and making honest mistakes illegal would not be reasonable at all.
