Legal Question in Construction Law in New Jersey
Breaking a Construction Contract
If there is a contract in place and the construction company cannot complete the work (wants to go out of business); is there a way to break the contract? At this point all work vs money is even. Can the contract be broken without ''Theft by deception'' charges being filed?
