How do I remove a invalidly filed lien on a property? I have no contract or agreement with the contractor that has filed a lien against the property. What can I do?

Re: Construction Law- Liens
First, contact the lienor and demand that the lien be removed. That should at least produce some information. If that does not resolve the problem, you will have to file suit to have the lien removed. The lienor may also be liable for your attorney fees to do that under certain circumstances. Ask your lawyer.
