Legal Question in Construction Law in New Jersey
Filing a machanics lien
I need to file a lien for work performed for a tennent of a store. The tennent signed a contract but did not pay. Can I file a lien on the tennents home or against the owner of the store. If I file on the store how does the land lord know which tennent is the problem.
