Legal Question in Construction Law in New Jersey
I gave money to a general contractor to redo a home. The contractor tells be that he ran out of 60, 000 dollars that I gave him. He spent the mone and my home i only half way done. What do I do now

You don't mention that you have a written contract and a set of specifications or drawings. I hope that you do because your situation is made a lot more difficult if not. Either way, I recommend that you contact a lawyer in your area who handles construction cases.
