Ever hear of "spell check"? Please learn to write.
How do you know the builder can only build a 1 story home? If you have questions, go to the township. They can tell you the zoning, which dictates what the minimum lot sizes are, what the setbacks are, the number of stories, the height limitations, etc. You also need to check the building application, and any sub-division or variance resolutions. Chances are you just have no idea what you are talking about, and the builder is conforming to all requirements.
