Re: work injury

As long as you were not involved in a prohbited activity aqt work, then your chances of recovery through worker's Compensation is almost 100%. The question typically there is not whether; but how much. This is why you should seek a qualified Comp attorney. We handle these types of cases and typically the majority of fees are paid by the insurance company for the employer and there is no fee unless there is a recovery.

It is possible that if a "third-party" is responsible for your injuries, then that can be pursued as well. It is important to hire an experienced firm who can dientify whether anyone else may be responsible, as the recovery in comp is typically not reflective of the full extent of the harm and injury since comp only provides a payment following a pre-set limited schedule of payments.
