3rd party auto service contracts
i want to offer consumers a low cost auto service agreement in each state either by the dealer, sales person or online. what type of license do i need or what are each state requirements. my corporate office will be in atlanta.

You will probably need to either form the business as a GA company or register in GA as a foreign entity doing business in GA. What else needs to be done depends a lot on what you have already done and the exact nature of your offer.
Unless you are familiar with GA law, you will want to give careful consideration to the State of formation. If you are going to do business nationally, you need to take steps to discourage any lawsuits in foreign jurisdictions. That means that your contracts should actually be structured before you choose a State in which to register your business.
