Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
american express dispute resolution
American Express ruled in my favor over dispute so i did not pay the merchant. i am now being sued by this merchant. Is resolution letter from american express proof enough to win the suit or do i now have to go to court & pay the merchant? What is validity of AmEx dispute resolutions?

Amex dispute resolutions have little or no evidentiary value.
