Attacked by a Burger King employee
On July 4th of 2002,I was attacked and verbally harassed by a Burger King employee while getting food. Employees,to my knowledge, are always being videotaped by security cameras,What are my legal rights?

You may have a number a legal claims against Burger King and the employee who attacked you. Claims could be based on negligence, battery, assault, among others.
