Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

Bank levy during wage garnishment

Is it legal to do a bank levy during a wage garnishment?

And its a $100 fee every time...is that reasonable?

Re: Bank levy during wage garnishment

You really should try to get a lawyer to help you with this. There may be some things the lawyer can do for you.

Just having your bank account snatched over and over and also having your wages garnished, is pretty bad.
