Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
I beive that Sprint has over charged me. Can take them to court?
1 Answer from Attorneys
The answer is "maybe."
If they overcharged you, then you need to be able to explain how they did. Did they charge you for services you did not order? Did they charge you a higher rate for services that you did order? Or was it something else? Depending on the amount of the overcharge, you may or may not need a lawyer.
Also, if you do have a claim, you need to see whether there is an arbitration clause that may apply. If so, then you need to either go to arbitration rather than court, or file in court but be ready to convince a judge that the arbitration clause should not be enforced. You may need a lawyer to advance that argument for you.
I would be happy to discuss further.
Good luck!
