Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
bill for dental work
My dentist just sent me a bill for 6
years worth of co-pays (2002-2008)!
I had always assumed he didn't bill
us for co-pays as a professional
courtesy (my wife and I are both
physicians). He claims it was an
error by his office staff. Am I
required to pay for all 6 years?

Re: bill for dental work
1. The debt is still enforceable.
2. My experience is that old debts are frequently negotiable.
