Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey
Bmw 645
I purchase a 2004 BMW 645 in June of 2004. Dealer said Bluetooth was available but there were some issues at the time and would be available at a later date. After 11 months of discussions with salesman I was told that it wasn't installed in 645s produced before march of 2003.Now BMW has the module available at a cost of $1750.00 plus labor. After calling customer relations they said the dealer misinformed me, the dealer says BMW misinformed them. BMW installed the modules in cars produced after March 2003 without an increase in MSRP. I am thinking class action suit.

Re: Bmw 645
I understand your frustration with the situation. In order to reasonable consider pursuing an individual case or class action there needs to be substantiation of your claims beyond your recollection. Is there anything written that would show that they misrepresented a fact to you? Without such proof, the case is not a likely winner.
